Companies

Customer, supplier, and shipping lists, plus the company detail page.

Companies is a tabbed directory: customers, suppliers, and shipping companies. Search and filters sit at the top. The suppliers tab shows scores.

Companies

Workflow: Companies and contacts.

List

  • Switch tabs for customers, suppliers, or shipping.
  • Filter by lead, personal company, and owner (all / mine / a teammate).
  • Open + or the create control to add a company of the current type.

Company detail

Open a row to see:

  • Company profile (edit in the sheet)
  • Linked contacts (one company can have many people)
  • Projects and quotations
  • Opportunities
  • Notes
  • Supplier evaluations (supplier or both)
  • Books paid and estimated factory cost (supplier view)
  • Shipments when the company is a shipping company

Delete

Delete is blocked when quotations, invoices, projects, opportunities, Books rows, or other records still use the company. The dialog lists those records. See What you can delete.
