Opportunities

List and kanban for heat, follow-ups, photos, and conversion.

Opportunities is the follow-up board before a quotation. Workflow: Track an opportunity.

Views

• List: search, status, temperature, follow-up
• Kanban: drag between hot, warm, and cold

Photos

Up to 12 images per opportunity. Add them from the opportunity sheet, from log opportunity on a contact, or from lead intake.

Convert

Use the create quotation action on an open row. After you save the quotation, status becomes converted and you open Quotations.

Delete

You can delete an opportunity that is still in the pipeline. Delete is blocked if it was converted to a project or if notes exist.
