What you can delete

Which records you can delete, what is blocked, and what reject does for invoices.

Exreach does not delete child commercial, project, or accounting records as a side effect of a parent delete. If delete is blocked, the dialog lists the related records. There is one Close button. That is not a delete.

Invoices

You cannot delete an invoice. Reject it to void the amount due. Reject is blocked if Books income is already allocated to that invoice or if a project exists.

Quotations

You can delete a quotation after unlink. Child invoices and projects stay. Books income that still points at that document blocks delete.

Projects

No delete action.

Companies, contacts, products, employees

Delete is blocked while other records still use them (quotations, projects, opportunities, Books, inventory, and similar). Remove or reassign those records first.

Opportunities

You can delete pipeline opportunities. Delete is blocked if the opportunity was converted to a project or if notes exist.

Playbook

You cannot delete a profile that still has entries.

Books

You can delete an income or expense row when the period is open and the bank row is not cleared. Delete reverses the linked journal. Closed periods and cleared bank rows stay locked.

Shipments

You cannot delete a shipment after freight expense is linked. Reverse or keep the expense in Books. Inventory issues reverse when a shipment delete is allowed.

Banks

Archive a bank that is in use. Cash on Hand cannot be deleted.

Workspace

Only the owner can delete the whole workspace. See Data.
