Organization

Legal company fields, bank accounts, and default service rates.

Settings → Organization is the legal company for this workspace. Owners and admins can edit. Legal name, address, and email are required to export invoices.

Company details

• Display name: friendly name in the app
• Legal name: company name on quotation and invoice exports
• Local legal name: extra legal line (for example a Chinese registered name)
• Tax ID, website, phone, email, address

Completing these fields is part of Setup.

Bank accounts

Used on invoice exports and in Accounting. Cash on Hand is created automatically for physical cash. You cannot delete it. Do not set it as the Documents default bank.

You can mark a bank as multi-currency (separate balances per currency) or lock it to one currency. Banks with money history can be archived instead of deleted.

Each bank has a display name and optional accent color for invoice tables.

Service rates

Built-in and custom service types. Rates fill new service quotations and projects. They do not change a rate you already saved.

Add a custom type when the built-in list is not enough. The name appears in Service Type dropdowns.
