Yearly billing is 15% off. The yearly column shows the discounted monthly equivalent.

A billable seat is owner, admin, or editor. Viewers do not count as billable seats on Pro and Pro+.
Trial
New workspaces start on a Pro trial. Pro+ has no trial. Pro+ is an upsell after Pro.
When a trial or subscription is not active, you can still open the app in view-only mode. A banner explains that you cannot edit.
Lite limits

An active project is any project you have not closed (reconciled). Status does not matter. A cancelled project still uses a slot until you close it. Close the project to free the slot. See Close the project.
Pro and Pro+ have no cap on products, companies, or active projects.
Pro tools
These tools need Pro or Pro+ and an active subscription:
- Seal & Sign
- Label Printer
- Image Overlay
- Inventory
If the trial ended, those tools stay locked even if the plan name still says Pro.
